Ingredients:
½ oz. (10g) Pumpkin seeds
⅓ oz. (10g) Sunflower seeds
½ oz. (15g) Flaxseeds
2 oz. (120g) Plain unsweetened greek yoghurt
Needed:
Blender or coffee grinder
Instructions
Add seeds to blender, and blitz into a coarse or fine mix
Add to yoghurt
Season and serve
