Fish balls with Sauerkraut

Ingredients:
2 tbsp., Olive Oil
4 Cherry Tomatoes
6 oz, Cod Fillets
7 ounce, Sauerkraut
4 tbsp., green onion (chpped)
1 egg, Egg
4 oz(s), Lard
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Chop lard finely with the knife, add chopped cod filets and green onion.
Mix in 1 egg, season with salt and pepper.
Form small balls with wet hands and fry them 4 minutes in each side on medium heat.
Serve with sauerkraut drizzled with some extra virgin olive oil.
Garnish with tomatoes and dill.
