Ingredients:
1 yellow bell peppers (2 oz. / 60g), seeds removed, diced
2 plum tomatoes (2 oz. / 60g)
½ oz. (15g) Parsley, chopped
2 oz. (60g) Cucumber, diced
2 oz. (60g) Feta, crumbled
2 Tbsp (30ml) Extra virgin olive oil
⅔ Tbsp (10ml) Red wine vinegar
Pinch of oregano
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and season with oregano and sea salt for taste
