Ingredients:
2 tbsp, Coconut oil
4 oz (1 filet), Skinless & Boned Cod Filets
3 clove, Garlic
2 tbsp, Soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
Spices of choice

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add diced fish filets, stir fry for 5 minutes, season well with pepper, add soy sauce.
Serve with salad leaves.
