Instructions

  • Chopped pumpkin seeds, relatively fine
  • Roll feta dice in olive oil, and remove excess olive oil from the bowl
  • Add pumpkin seeds and mix
  • Skewer feta, one at a time, with a watermelon dice alternating
  • Season with lime juice and serve
