Warm squash salad with carbonate and greens

Ingredients:
1 cup of squash
3.5 oz of boiled beef or pork
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp of oil for frying
3-5 sprigs of parsley
4 quail eggs (or 1 chicken egg of category 2)
1/3 cup of pitted olives
1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions
Heat the onion in an oiled pan until it starts releasing its aroma, then add the meat and roast.
Add squash and stir-fry until it is al-dente. Put into a salad dish, sprinkle with greens, add olives and boiled eggs cut into two pieces.
