Walnut and coconut porridge

Ingredients:
¾ cup (190ml) Water
½ cup (125ml) Coconut milk (full fat)
3 oz. (45g) Coconut flour
3 oz. (45g) flaxseed meal
3 oz. (45g) Walnuts, toasted
2 oz. (30g) Coconut cream
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Small pot
Instructions
Bring the water to the boil, add the coconut milk, coconut flour, and flaxseed meal into pot and whisk while pouring to prevent clumping
Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes
Remove from heat add coconut cream and chopped walnuts, stir gently
Season and serve
