Instructions

  • Pulse in a food processor frozen berries and coconut milk until smooth, add sweetener.
  • Serve immediately if you prefer soft ice cream or freeze in silicone molds for more firm texture.
  • Before scooping let it sit at room temperature for ~20 minutes
