Ingredients:
1 cup, Raspberries (frozen)
2 cup, Coconut Milk
Sweetener
Needed:
Instructions
Pulse in a food processor frozen berries and coconut milk until smooth, add sweetener.
Serve immediately if you prefer soft ice cream or freeze in silicone molds for more firm texture.
Before scooping let it sit at room temperature for ~20 minutes
