Instructions

  • Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
  • Add water and season well with salt, pepper and Italian spice mix.
  • Serve cold soup with some fresh herbs (dill/parsley) and drizzle with some extra olive oil.
  • Can be stored in refrigerator up to 3 days.
