Ingredients:
3 cloves, Garlic
2 cups, slices, Cucumber
1 ounce, Nutritional yeast flakes
1 medium, Green bell pepper
2 medium, Tomatoes
2 cups of water
Italian spice mix
4 tbsp., Olive Oil
Needed:
Instructions
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
Add water and season well with salt, pepper and Italian spice mix.
Serve cold soup with some fresh herbs (dill/parsley) and drizzle with some extra olive oil.
Can be stored in refrigerator up to 3 days.
