In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, arrow root, garlic seasoning, a few shakes of nutritional yeast and Italian seasoning to taste.
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella cheese for about 60-90 seconds, 30 seconds at a time. Do not burn.
Add egg and dry ingredients to cheese and knead until no longer sticky.
Once mixed through, form a ball with the dough. Add a tad more almond flour to the outside of the ball if you need to.
Flatten with rolling pin and shape with hands on to a parchment paper lined baking tray. Keeping it about 1/2 thick. Bake on 400 for 15-17 min. Be careful not to let it burn.
Brush with garlic butter and then sprinkle a little Parmesan and some crushed red pepper.
