The base is plain yogurt with mixed in finely chopped/shredded fresh garlic and salt. Add in however much salt and garlic you prefer.
To the base, add in two poached eggs. To make the eggs, crack the egg in a mesh tea strainer, then gently slide in the water for 2 min 10 seconds. Dab down on top of paper towel, then put on plate.
Then on top you add some warm butter/oil that’s been infused in Aleppo pepper. Just get a man on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon butter, and about 1 tsp Aleppo pepper.
On top, add fresh dill, parsley, and add some chopped walnuts.
This is usually served with bread. I used some lowcarb crackers.
