Ingredients:
66 grams of Tuna (1/2 can drained)
50 grams of Iceberg Lettuce
50 grams of Tomatoes
50 grams of Cucumber
38 grams of Black olives (approx 10)
100 grams of Avocado
Needed:
Instructions
Shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, cucumber and avocado.
Place in a bowl, place tuna on top and add black olives.
Salt and pepper to season.
