Ingredients:
12 Oz of Romain
3 Oz of Cucumber
1 Oz of Capers
1 Oz of Bell Pepper
1 Oz of Red Onions
2 Hard boiled eggs
10 Oz of Tuna in oil canned
4 Tbsp of EV Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of Bavarian Mustard
2 Tbsp of White Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp of Sea Salt
Needed:
Instructions
Thinly slice cucumber, bell peppers and red onions.
In a small bowl mix mustard, vinegar, salt, olive oil and oil from tuna to a smooth consistency for the dressing.
In a mixing bowl tear Romain with hands, add shaved vegetables, crushed tuna, add dressing and toss well.
Garnish with eggs cut in for and capers.
