Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
2 eggs
1 tbsp of flax meal
1 tbsp of butter for frying
Needed:
Instructions
Drain the water from the tuna, put the tuna into a blender cup, and add 2 eggs and flax meal.
Mash until smooth. The dough should be as stiff as pancake dough.
Preheat a pan over medium heat, melt the butter on it.
Put the dough on the pan with the help of a spoon. The amount of ingredients mentioned is enough for 6 pancakes.
