Ingredients:
3 oz. (90g) Cabbage, grated
1½ oz. (45g) Carrot, grated
6 oz. (180g) Tuna, canned in oil
2 Tbsp (30ml) Sour cream
2 Tbsp (30ml) Extra virgin olive oil
½ lemon, juice
1 oz. (30g) Sunflower seeds
Sea salt to season
Back pepper to season
Needed:
Mixing bowl
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add cabbage and carrot, mixing thoroughly
Add remaining ingredients and combine to form a tuna slaw
Season and serve
