Take a large bowl and pour the dry ingredients into it. Mix them well. Meanwhile, boil the water in a separate pot.
Taking the wet ingredients, vinegar and egg whites, put them into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix them well. Make sure that you don’t over-knead the dough otherwise, its consistency should be similar to that of clay.
In order to avoid the dough from sticking to your hands moisten them a little with olive oil and then roll out 6 pieces from it.
Put the rolls on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle some sesame seeds if you want.
Place the baking pan on the lower rack of the oven and let it bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Time may vary depending on what size your bread rolls are.
To make sure that the bread is cooked tap its bottom and see if you can hear a hollow sound. Once done, you can serve the bread with butter or any other toppings you want.
