2 tbsp(s), Avocado Oil
3 Tbs, Italian Parsley (Raw)
2 oz, Corned Beef
2 green onions
1 small chili (sliced)

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped green onions, parsley and chili.
Add chopped beef, cook for 3 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Crack eggs, cover with the lid and cook until desired consistency.
