Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet to a medium-high heat, add one tbsp of olive oil
  • Season the steak and sear it from both sides until golden crispy
  • Transfer steak to a plate and let it rest in a warm place
  • For teriyaki combine soy sauce, coke, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, onions and ginger
  • Reheat the same skillet to a medium-high add remaining olive oil
  • Add bell peppers and spinach and panfry vegetables for 2-3 minutes
  • Add teriyaki mix and sliced steak, simmer for 2 minutes to incorporate flavors
  • Garnish with sliced scallions
