Ingredients:
1.5 lb of pork ribs
1 tsp of black pepper
2 oz of radish noodles
2 tsp of minced ginger
2 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of minced onions
1 tsp of erythritol
1 tsp of rice vinegar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of water
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of salt
Sesame seeds, sesame oil, cilantro and scallions for garnishing
Needed:
Instructions
Separate pork ribs and arrange them to a deep pan
Season them with salt and pepper
For teriyaki marinade combine all remaining ingredients with a blender
Spread marinade evenly over the ribs, seal the pan
Slow roast ribs at 210 F for 3 h 30 min
Garnish with sesame oil dressed radish noodles, cilantro, chili and scallions
