Ingredients:
4 tbsp, mayonnaise
1 Oz, Celery Stalk
4 tbsp, Olive Oil
3 tbsp(s), Grean peas
8 ounce, Heart, Beef
2 tbsp, chopped Dill
1 medium, Cucumber

Instructions
Add boiling to your instant pot, submerge beef heart, and add salt to taste.
Set instant pot on high and cook for ~35 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop vegetables, mix together, add olive oil.
Slice cooked heart, serve with mayonnaise and salad.
Heart can be stored in the fridge up to 6 days, no re-heating is needed, it tastes great both warm and cold.
