Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef
2 tbsp of chopped onions
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of paprika powder
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of ground black pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 tsp of psyllium powder
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of ghee
Parsley for garnishing

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 420.
In a mixing bowl combine beef, onions, salt and pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
Add eggs and parmesan cheese and mix well.
Grease cast iron skillet with ghee, form even ball from the beef mixture with wet hands.
Layer balls to the skillet to cover the bottom and roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile in a blender cup combine cream, yogurt, psyllium, soy and Worcester.
Add a pinch of salt to taste.
Take out the skillet from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes and pour the mixture in.
Bring the skillet back to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
