Ingredients:
2 cups, Bag Salad
2 tbsp, Olive Oil
1 tbsp, Nutritional Yeast Seasoning
1 cup raw, Mushrooms,
4 oz, Beef Liver
2 cloves garlic
Spices of choice
Needed:
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms, cook until liquid is almost evaporated.
Add garlic (minced) and beef liver. Season to your taste with salt and pepper.
Drizzle salad with olive oil, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and serve with warm liver.
