Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms, cook until liquid is almost evaporated.
  • Add garlic (minced) and beef liver. Season to your taste with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle salad with olive oil, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and serve with warm liver.
