Ingredients:
2 cloves, Garlic
1 tbsp, Butter
3 large, Egg
100 g, Paprika
2 stalk, Onions, young green, tops only
3 oz(s), Passata
Oriental spice mix
Needed:
Instructions
Chop all vegetables, heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add Italian passata and vegetables, add salt and spices to your taste.
Cook until paprika is tender.
Add eggs, let cook until desired readiness over low heat.
Serve immediately.
