Instructions

  • Chop all vegetables, heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add Italian passata and vegetables, add salt and spices to your taste.
  • Cook until paprika is tender.
  • Add eggs, let cook until desired readiness over low heat.
  • Serve immediately.
