Ingredients:
10 cups of water
4 cup, chopped, Cauliflower
0.50 cup(s), Apple Cider Vinegar
5 clove, Garlic
0.50 cup, Olive Oil
3 tbsp(s)., grated carrots
Spices:
1 tsp., chili powder (hot)
1 tsp., ground coriander
1 tsp., mustard seeds (ground)
0.25 tsp., nutmeg
0.5 tsp., black pepper

Instructions
In a big pot bring water to boil. Season well with salt.
Add cauliflower florets, cook for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing.
Mix together all spices, add minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar, stir well.
Drain cooked cauliflower, put it into a glass container, add carrots, drizzle with dressing and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
It can be stored up to a week.
