Instructions

  • Beet the meet with kitchen mallet until ~0.5 inch thick.
  • Mix mayonnaise with spice mix, chili and salt to taste. Spread mixture all over the meat.
  • Assemble shawarma: Cut 1 onion in half, place cut side down, insert a wooden skewer.
  • Ensure construction is stable, string meet on a skewer, top with the small onion.
  • Bake in an over for 40 minutes at 400F.
  • Cut slices of meet with the sharp knife.
  • Serve on a salad leave with the sauce of choice.
