Spicy Greek Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients:
2 cloves, Garlic (minced)
15 oz, chicken tights (boneless)
7 tbsp., Mayonnaise
Greek spice mix
Chili powder
2 small onions (For assembly)

Instructions
Beet the meet with kitchen mallet until ~0.5 inch thick.
Mix mayonnaise with spice mix, chili and salt to taste. Spread mixture all over the meat.
Assemble shawarma: Cut 1 onion in half, place cut side down, insert a wooden skewer.
Ensure construction is stable, string meet on a skewer, top with the small onion.
Bake in an over for 40 minutes at 400F.
Cut slices of meet with the sharp knife.
Serve on a salad leave with the sauce of choice.
