Spiced Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
3.5 oz wild shrimp
1 tbsp oil/butter
¼ large avocado
¼ medium cucumbers (diced)
3 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
2 crushed garlic cloves
½ tbsp crushed fennel seeds
1/3 tbsp smoked paprika
Ranch or preferred dressing
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
Massage spices well on shrimp. For best results, let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour if you have time.
Heat pan on medium heat, add oil/butter then cook shrimp on each side for exactly one minute. (Don’t over do shrimp as it gets rubbery)
Add salad base of greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and avocado to plate.
Add shrimp on top of the salad.
Drizzle with ranch or your dressing of choice.
