Instructions

  • Massage spices well on shrimp. For best results, let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour if you have time.
  • Heat pan on medium heat, add oil/butter then cook shrimp on each side for exactly one minute. (Don’t over do shrimp as it gets rubbery)
  • Add salad base of greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and avocado to plate.
  • Add shrimp on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle with ranch or your dressing of choice.
