Ingredients:
4oz shrimp
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ tablespoons crushed fennel seeds
½ tablespoons smoked paprika
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Salad greens of choice
½ avocado
½ Persian cucumber, sliced
3-4 pecan halves
Soft boiled egg (optional)
Red chili flakes
Sesame seeds

Instructions
Toss raw shrimp with olive oil, fennel seeds, paprika, salt and garlic.
Massage spices well and let sit for a few minutes.
Heat pan on medium heat. Spray with oil and cook shrimp 1 minute on each side.
On a large plate add greens, avocado, cucumbers and pecan halves.
Optional: Add a soft-boiled egg. To make the soft boil egg, boil it for 6 ½ minutes for a jammy egg or 7-8 for firmer yolk.
Top with red chili flakes and sesame seeds. Then enjoy!
