Spare Ribs with Mint Sauce

Ingredients:
0.5 Lime,
5 oz, Pork Ribs
0.5 cups, Fresh Mint
0.5 cups, Parsley,
2 ounce, Cream Fraiche
Spices to taste

Instructions
Rub pork ribs with the generous coat of spices and salt. You can use sugar-free rib spice mix.
Bake the ribs at 400F for 1 hour in a covered baking tray/ramekin.
Meanwhile, pulse crème fraiche, lime juice, mint, parsley and spices of choice in a food processor.
Serve warm ribs with the sauce.
