Ingredients:
2 lb of pork shoulder stew
2 tsp of minced ginger
4 gloves of garlic
1 onion
3 oz of carrots
1 tsp of chili flakes
1 cinnamon stick
2 tsp of paprika powder
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tbsp of salt
1 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of fennel seeds
2 tbsp of butter
2 cups of water
5 oz of coleslaw
Needed:
Instructions
In a large skillet melt butter and sear pork from all sides and transfer to a deep pan
Season pork with salt and pepper
Add sliced carrots, onions and garlic to the skilled and sweat them in the same butter
Add ginger, spices and tomato paste and sweat for another 2-3 minutes
Add water, vinegar and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
Pour gravy to the pork to cover in 2/3
Slow cook sealed at 205 F for 4 h 45 min. Cool down for 2-3 hours
Once cooled down pull the pork and mix it up with the gravy
Serve over keto bread with coleslaw
