Instructions

  • In a large skillet melt butter and sear pork from all sides and transfer to a deep pan
  • Season pork with salt and pepper
  • Add sliced carrots, onions and garlic to the skilled and sweat them in the same butter
  • Add ginger, spices and tomato paste and sweat for another 2-3 minutes
  • Add water, vinegar and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
  • Pour gravy to the pork to cover in 2/3
  • Slow cook sealed at 205 F for 4 h 45 min. Cool down for 2-3 hours
  • Once cooled down pull the pork and mix it up with the gravy
  • Serve over keto bread with coleslaw
