Ingredients:
2 lb of Boneless Chicken Thighs
2 oz of grated onions
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of sugar-free ketchup
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of chili flakes
2 tsp of paprika powder
2 tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
5 oz of coleslaw
Needed:
Instructions
In a deep pan mix chicken thighs with other ingredients
Seal and slow cook at 210 F for 4 hours
Cool down completely, pull the meat and mix it up with the gravy
Serve over keto bread with coleslaw
