Slowcooker Beef and Mushroom Braciole and cauliflower polenta

Instructions

  • Cover the steak with plastic wrap and beat it to 1/2 inch thick and season
  • Mix mushrooms, onions and half of parmesan and spread over the steak
  • Season with 1 tsp of salt, oregano and basil and roll
  • Stitch the ends with skewer and transfer to a tin with crushed tomatoes
  • Sprinkle with kosher salt and olive oil and slow cook at 195 for 4 h 30 min
  • 15 minutes before Braciole is done melt butter, sweat cauliflower in a sauce pan
  • Add milk and garlic powder, cook for 10 minutes, add remaining parmesan and salt
  • Blend to a smooth puree.
