Slowcooker Beef and Mushroom Braciole and cauliflower polenta

Ingredients:
1.5 lb of beef flank steak
1 cup of diced mushrooms
1/4 cup of onions
1/2 cup of ground parmesan
2 slices of bacon
1/2 cup of crushed tomatoes
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of dried basil
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 lb of riced cauliflower
3 tbsp of butter
1 cup of milk
2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
Kosher salt for seasoning steak
Needed:
Instructions
Cover the steak with plastic wrap and beat it to 1/2 inch thick and season
Mix mushrooms, onions and half of parmesan and spread over the steak
Season with 1 tsp of salt, oregano and basil and roll
Stitch the ends with skewer and transfer to a tin with crushed tomatoes
Sprinkle with kosher salt and olive oil and slow cook at 195 for 4 h 30 min
15 minutes before Braciole is done melt butter, sweat cauliflower in a sauce pan
Add milk and garlic powder, cook for 10 minutes, add remaining parmesan and salt
Blend to a smooth puree.
