Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a frying pan over high heat, add rinsed shirataki noodles.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, add garlic, vegetables, salt and pepper.
  • Cook until vegetable are tender. Add shrimp.
  • Fry until shrimp is ready (2-3 minutes), serve with some parsley leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
