Ingredients:
1 container, Shirataki Noodles
0.50 cup, chopped, Zucchini
0.25 cup, Asparagus (chopped)
1 tbsp, Olive Oil
2 cloves, Garlic
4 ounce, shrimp
2 tsp, Ghee
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Needed:
Instructions
Heat ghee in a frying pan over high heat, add rinsed shirataki noodles.
Cook for 2 minutes, add garlic, vegetables, salt and pepper.
Cook until vegetable are tender. Add shrimp.
Fry until shrimp is ready (2-3 minutes), serve with some parsley leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
