Ingredients:
300 grams of Eggs (approx 6 eggs)
100 grams of Smoked salmon
25 grams of Butter
1 tablespoon of Double cream
1 teaspoon of Parsley
Needed:
Instructions
Melt butter in a frying pan, whisk eggs with double cream and add to melted butter.
Once eggs cooked serve with chopped smoked salmon, parsley to garnish and salt and pepper.
