1 tbsp.,, Ghee
1 cup, Brussel sprouts (halved)

Instructions
Heat up ghee in a pan. Add Brussel sprouts and minced garlic.
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add whisked eggs, season to taste, cook until desired consistency.
