Ingredients:
1 tbsp., Butter
4 fluid ounce, Scallops
1 portion of Norwegian sauce
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Heat frying pan over medium heat add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add scallops (defrosted) and fry on each side for 5 minutes. Serve with Norwegian sauce.
