Instructions

  • 1. We will start with the eggs. To make the egg, I boiled it in water for 6.5 minutes. Then crack, peel, and slice in half. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2. Cut 2 persian cucumbers into wedges or slices.
  • 3. Cut 2 ounces of cheese. I used Manchego and Cheddar
  • 4. Add some of your favorite berries, I used strawberries
  • 5. Add ½ ounce of roasted nuts, I used almonds.
  • 6. Add your favorite olives.
