Ingredients:
3 tbsp, Olive Oil
5 ounce, Anchovies (fresh)
Salt and pepper
Fresh estragon leaves
1 tbsp., fine salt
Needed:
Instructions
Anchovies' filets wash and drain from water.
Mix salt with herbs and pepper.
Layer filets in a glass container, sprinkle each layer with salt.
Drizzle with olive oil, refrigerate overnight.
It can be stored up to three days in a fridge.
