Ingredients:
4 ounce of Salmon fillets
2 tablespoon of Avocado oil
2 ounce of Avocado, diced
1/4 cups of Red onion, chopped
1/4 cups of Cilantro
1 ounce of Lime
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook salmon skin side down for 10 minutes. Take off heat and rest.
In a bowl add avocado, onions, lime juice, and cilantro. Add on top of salmon.
