Instructions

  • Whisk the egg with heavy cream, add salt and pepper, spray frying pan with some cooking spray.
  • Fry egg mixture on medium heat covered with the lid for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove omelet from the pan.
  • Spread cream cheese over it using a spoon, add salmon and chopped dill.
  • Roll tightly using your hands.
  • Garnish with some bell pepper slices.
