Ingredients:
1 large, Egg
3 tbsp., Heavy cream
1 tbsp., Cream cheese
1 tbsp., Dill (chopped)
1 ounce, Smoked salmon
1 oz, Red bell pepper (sliced)

Instructions
Whisk the egg with heavy cream, add salt and pepper, spray frying pan with some cooking spray.
Fry egg mixture on medium heat covered with the lid for 3-5 minutes.
Remove omelet from the pan.
Spread cream cheese over it using a spoon, add salmon and chopped dill.
Roll tightly using your hands.
Garnish with some bell pepper slices.
