Instructions

  • Add the base of cauli rice (use base of choice) to bowl.
  • Add fish sauce, sesame oil and arugula to cauli rice.
  • Start with any kind of sushi-grade, smoked, or even cooked fish. We used sushi-grade salmon and toss fish in chipotle mayo and soy sauce.
  • Top with avocado, sliced radishes, sliced jalapeño, fresh cilantro, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and any other favorite toppings.
