Ingredients:
3 oz. (90g) Salmon, fresh and raw, diced
1 avocado (4 oz. / 120g), diced
1 Tbsp (15ml) Extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp (2.5ml) Cayenne pepper
½ Lemon, juiced
½ Lime, juiced
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Add lemon’s juice, lime’s juice, olive oil and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl, with a pinch of sea salt
Add diced salmon, and thoroughly mix through - leave for 5 minutes
Add avocado
Season and serve immediately
