Salmon and Cod Cilantro Fritters

Ingredients:
1 lb of salmon filet
1 lb of cod filet
2 tbsp of cilantro
2 tbsp of chopped scallions
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of psyllium hask
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
1/2 of Avocado
1/2 cup of whole milk plain yogurt
1 tbsp of minced Cornichons
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Olive oil for frying
Needed:
Instructions
Mince the fish with a knife and do not chop
Add psyllium, scallions, cilantro, salt and pepper and mix well
Mix eggs and soy sauce in and form fritters with hands
Preheat a skillet to medium-high add oil and panfry fritters until golden brown from both sides
For the dip mix yogurt with diced avocado, Cornichons, garlic powder and salt to taste
