Instructions

  • Mince the fish with a knife and do not chop
  • Add psyllium, scallions, cilantro, salt and pepper and mix well
  • Mix eggs and soy sauce in and form fritters with hands
  • Preheat a skillet to medium-high add oil and panfry fritters until golden brown from both sides
  • For the dip mix yogurt with diced avocado, Cornichons, garlic powder and salt to taste
