Instructions

  • Mince the garlic.
  • Heat the ghee and fry the garlic and saffron on it, add mushrooms, stir.
  • Add pepper, salt, mustard and cook for another minute
  • Add mussels and zoodles
  • Cook until zoodles are tender (~3 min.)
  • Serve on a warm plate, garnish with green onions.
