Saffron Zoodles with Mussels

Ingredients:
1 clove, Garlic
1 tbsp, Mustard
2 cup, Zucchini zoodles
2 oz, Monterry Mashrooms
1 tablespoon, Ghee
1/2 pound, Mussels
Spices to taste (Saffron, black pepper, salt)
Green onion for garnishing
Needed:
Instructions
Mince the garlic.
Heat the ghee and fry the garlic and saffron on it, add mushrooms, stir.
Add pepper, salt, mustard and cook for another minute
Add mussels and zoodles
Cook until zoodles are tender (~3 min.)
Serve on a warm plate, garnish with green onions.
