Ingredients:
2 ounce, Japanese Pickle
0.50 cup, picked cucumber
4 egg, Eggs
1 small Carrot
2 green onions
6 tbsp., Mayonnaise
1 avocado,
6 oz, Beef Brisket (cocked)
1 medium, Cucumber
Needed:
Instructions
Boil eggs and carrots.
Chop the rest of ingredients in a big bowl. Season well with salt.
Add chopped eggs and carrots.
Add mayonnaise, stir well and enjoy.
Can be stored up to 3 days in a fridge.
