Roasted Veal in Inverse Dressing with "Mashed Potatoes"

Ingredients:
4 oz, Veal
1.5 tbsp, Olive Oil
0.5 cup, chopped herbs (parsley, mint, oregano)
2 tbsp, Butter
0.5 cup, Spinach
4 oz(s), Kohlrabi, raw
Spices: Chili flakes, black pepper, paprika, granulated garlic
Needed:
Instructions
Mix chopped herbs, olive oil, chili flakes and salt together.
Fry veal 5 minutes on each side until cooked.
Toss meat into the herbs and let set for 10 minutes.
Cook chopped Kohlrabi in salted boiling water for 8 minutes. Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Add butter and garlic powder, pulse in a food processor until smooth.
Serve veal together with "Mashed Potatoes".
