Roasted Lamb with Sour Blueberry sauce

Ingredients:
2 lb(s), Lamb
1 cup, Fresh bluberies
2 tbsp, Olive Oil
1 tbsp., lemon zest
2 tbsp., lemon juice
Fresh rosemary
Spices of choice

Instructions
Score the lamb, rub with salt and spices, and hide fresh rosemary in the cuts.
Roast meat for ~2h at 400F.
Prepare the sauce:
Mix in a small pot blueberries, lemon juice and zest, add olive oil.
Heat on a medium heat until all berries are soft.
Serve lamp with the sauce
