Instructions

  • Score the lamb, rub with salt and spices, and hide fresh rosemary in the cuts.
  • Roast meat for ~2h at 400F.
  • Prepare the sauce:
  • Mix in a small pot blueberries, lemon juice and zest, add olive oil.
  • Heat on a medium heat until all berries are soft.
  • Serve lamp with the sauce
