Ingredients:
1 ½ cups (375ml) Coconut milk (full fat)
¾ cup (180ml) Yoghurt (Plain greek)
3 oz. (90g) Raspberries, fresh and chopped
¼ oz. (7g) Basil
⅙ oz (5g) Chia seeds
8 ice cubes
Needed:
Blender / nutribullet
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse until smooth.
Serve as is or pour over crushed ice
