Ingredients:
2 cups of cauliflower
1 cup of raspberry (blueberry/red bilberry/currant or mixed), frozen berries can also be used
½ cup of coconut milk (or 20% dairy cream)
1 tbsp of coconut oil
2 tbsp of edible gelatin
Erythritol to taste
Can be decorated with sesame seeds, almond leaves, and raspberries if desired

Instructions
Pour boiling water over frozen cauliflower. If you use fresh cauliflower – put it into boiling water for 1-2 min.
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and mash them.
Put the mixture in a bowl, decorate it.
