Ingredients:
1/3 cup of cauliflower
1 oz of green onion
1 cucumber
Some dill
1 tbsp of mayo
Needed:
Instructions
Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 3-4 minutes (a little less if it is frozen), drain water from it and thoroughly shake it off.
Dice the cucumber, chop the cauliflower into 1,5-2 cm pieces, chop the onion and dill.
Add mayo and mix well.
