Ingredients:
3 medium calamari tubes
12 oz of minced pork
2 tbsp of chopped scallions
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 cup of water
rosemary
scallions, red chili and sesame seeds for garnishing

Instructions
In a mixing bowl mix pork, fish sauce, chopped scallions, garlic powder and b. pepper
Stuff cross-cut calamari tubes with pork mixture and arrange them on a pan
Skew each calamari with rosemary spring
Sprinkle with olive oil, soy sauce and lime juice and add water to the bottom
Blacken calamari with a torch (optional)
Seal the pan and slow cook at 205 for 2 hours 15 minutes
