Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl mix pork, fish sauce, chopped scallions, garlic powder and b. pepper
  • Stuff cross-cut calamari tubes with pork mixture and arrange them on a pan
  • Skew each calamari with rosemary spring
  • Sprinkle with olive oil, soy sauce and lime juice and add water to the bottom
  • Blacken calamari with a torch (optional)
  • Seal the pan and slow cook at 205 for 2 hours 15 minutes
